lol why am i suddenly flashing to a cross between office space and g.i. joe. -cobra comander walks in with a coffee cup in hand. he sips the coffee even though there is no visible way he could drink.- "yeah destro that's great..say we need you to come in and work on saturday...hmmm yeah and if you could just come in on sunday morining that would be great too yeah. oh and destro i don't know if you got the memo but we are putting on cover sheets on all the TPS reports from now on so if you could go ahead and do that right now that would be great yeah. love the new lazer btw but, small sudjestion could you make it look more like a snake..yeah we'd really like a snake laser to go with the whole cobra motif..that and those cover sheets on the tps reports. yeah that'd be great."

I love the body language of Cobra Commander in panel 3. It's so subtle and it says it all.

The modern history nerd in me is reminded of Nazi Germany, where more than a few inventions that could have helped the war effort were made null by Hitler's rather out-of-touch orders for change (e.g. making a fighter plane a bomber even though they needed fighters more than bombers).

But yeah, a snake theme will only get you so far.
