I agree- Sisko was my favourite Captain. Janeway was just a bit of a wimp (but yes, I still loved her and voyager- though some people would wonder why lol) - Sisko didn't want violence, but he knew how and when to assert himself. He was a badass. Personally, I think that instead of star trek xi, they should have made a DS9 movie- but that wouldn't have made as much money. Also, people should read Alien Spotlight: Cardassians. It shows a bit of what happens after the series ends.

Garek is one of my favorites too. I haven't seen the whole series yet (School *sigh*). Martok sounds Klingon.

Yep Klingon. Can't say much about him without spoilers, but he he is a character who was only meant for a few epsiodes, but eventually became an important supporting cast member.

Yep something like that. I think Garek was planned to stay around for multiple episodes, but they probably didn't thik he would eb as important as he became.

Huum... toughie.... i'd have to jugle Picard and Archer for my captain top spot... depends on how i'm feeling at any one time.
