When I first saw the movie Jetfire design several months ago all I could think was...really?...REALLY?

Size-changing Transformers require some pseudo-science to believe. Female Transformers are perhaps a little silly. But an old-man transformer with a bad hip? How the heck does that work? Just give him a new hip from the parts bin! Hell, even humans can do that :P Most of the original G1 crew are at least what, 4 million+ years old? no signs of wear there. Even Kup who;s supposed to be especially old isn't feeble in any way, he's just crotchety.

So yeah, geriatric transformers = about the most ridiculous idea ever.

Oh god the bot with the cane is Jetfire!? So sad, yet hilarious as hell. Though I do agree with you on the hip problem thing, seems odd. But despite it it's hilarious.Very funny comic

I can't speak for her, but I have to admit that I think that, considering how much logistically outlandish stuff Transformers in general does already, getting annoyed over something that minor that was done for the sake of comedic license is drawing the line in an odd spot, yes. (Especially since most folks, including myself, do seem to be finding Old Geezer Bot hilarious. :XD:)

Michael Bay, really needs to watch the original G1 and Transformers animated, we're nowhere near beast wars technology issues yet, and even then it takes them a couple of hundred years still qualify as middle age!
