So I've gotten hooked on Copic markers recently, have about 90 now. Recently at Anime Expo I learned that Copic also make their own inking pens with won't bleed with their colours (I usually just sketch with sharpies which certainly can bleed with colours...) Picked some up and they work pretty good! I did up these up this weekend just to test them out. They lookdelicated but are surprisingly sturdy, and refillable yay! Though I'm still not great at using the brush-like BS size for the thick outlines. Wonder if Copic makes a thick black marker with the same type of ink...hmmm..
Oh, I also wanted to test out the new UDON signing boards which the crew will be using for sketches at SDCC and other cons this year. The paper is pretty sweet. I'll join with many of the UDON crew in saying it's probably the nicest paper I have drawn on. Woot!
If you come ask me for a sketch at SDCC, Fan Expo, or next year's TFcon or Botcon, these are the type of sketches I'll be doing,
Looks great man. I really like the texture the markers give the color. Makes the whole picture seem more personal then if you where to have done it digitally. Oh and Optimus Prime fucking rocks my socks.

Personal touch, especially with Copic (which I've heard are almost one of the BEST markers out there for artists that like working with markers).

Heh, with that blue outline it looks like they could be the old fashioned punch-out paper di-cuts(sp?) or stickers or something. Maybe not a bad CON freebie venture? with the sticker idea?

Copic markers are also refillable - so you don't throw the marker away when done.
